Randalyn Lauren is a proud alumna of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University—one of the nation’s leading HBCUs. With a background in science and health, she is passionate about offering beauty products that are gentle on the skin while helping every Florida Girl look and feel her best.

Inspired by her love for beauty, fashion, self-care, and the finer things in life, Randalyn created Florida Girl Cosmetics in the spring of 2020. The brand was designed to celebrate the beauty, confidence, and unique personalities found throughout the Sunshine State, with collections inspired by different Florida cities.

On April 5, 2025, Florida Girl Cosmetics reached an exciting milestone by opening its first retail location inside Governor’s Square Mall in Tallahassee, Florida. What began as an online cosmetics brand has continued to grow into a complete beauty and lifestyle destination.

Today, Florida Girl Cosmetics offers cosmetics, lashes, beauty essentials, in-store beauty services, fashionable clothing, and the new Florida Girl Hair collection featuring luxurious bundles, wigs, and hair accessories.
